This feature has been completed.
The custom iCal url can be accessed on the profile/preferences page under the details tab.

Once an assignment is declined within the application, a sequence of events take place:
- you are removed from the assignment
- the system blocks that date/time period so that you are not assigned again if someone else declines
- the system identifies the next available person on the team and assigns the task to that person

After declining, the system would have already assigned another person to the declined assignment (assuming auto-scheduling is enabled).
If you would like to make yourself eligible for assignments again during those periods, you can remove the block that is in place by following the steps below:
- log into the system and click on the 'my Profile/Preferences' button
- click on the "'s assignments at " tab at the bottom of the page
- delete the declined assignments listed on the page

After undeclining, you can request to swap assignments with the persons currently assigned or just request an admin to put you back in that slot.

If a preference is set, the system only considers the user for the preferred workgroup(s).
On the other hand, if no preferences are set, then the system considers the user for all workgroups that have his/her skills.

When users set preferred workgroups, they are only considered for those preferred workgroups even if they have other skills that would normally make them eligible for other workgroups. This feature allows users who are normally eligible to be schedule for multiple workgroups, to specify the ones they would like to be scheduled for.
When the auto-scheduler runs for a workgroup, it considers those who have specified preference for that workgroup along with those who have not made any preference specifications at all. Basically, it just looks for all users who have the specified skill for that workgroup.
If a user sets a preference for either a workgroup or activity, he/she will only be considered for that workgroup or activity.

To change your password, you will have to click on the 'my Profile/Preferences' button on the Home page.
Once you change the password, be sure to click the 'Save' button

You can either replace the email addresses with a 'noemail.churchscheduling.com' domain or just enable proxy server to point to the 'noemail.churchscheduling.com' domain.
So for example, if a user's email address is John.Doe@msn.com, you can update that address to John.Doe@noemail.churchscheduling.com.
The system is setup to automatically ignore the 'noemail.churchscheduling.com' domain.

Concerning the browser question, we will research the other browsers to see if we can fix the issues you mentioned with the grid.

Concerning your question about how to add a couple who share email address and cell, you can use the 'proxy email' feature to to send all messages to the one address.
So for example, if the couple are John and Jane Smith with email address thesmiths@example.com, you can set up John with the main email address and setup Jane with an email address like Jane.Smith@noemail.gac.com or Jane.Smith@noemail.churchscheduling.com.
Once added, you can edit Jane's profile and enable proxy emailing their main email address.
Unfortunately, cell phones must also be unique and we don't currently have a way of having 2 people share a cell.
